  1. Sorry, Ember. I felt so bad doing that commission for you, knowing this was gonna happen. But, hey, can't spoil the plot, can I?

  2. The past few weeks I had been suspecting that all was not what it seemed...one of my high school English teachers taught me that anyone could be seen as a hero(or a villan) if you look from a certain perspective. I am now highly suspicious that the Baron may have had a hand in the hacking of Eve...

    That said...

    Well played, Bird. Well played.

    1. Also...I hope you don't mind if I make a copy of the commission if this goes the way I think it will, but make a few...edits.

Of course, I'll give you credit for the original drawing...

    2. You absolutely can. You paid, your picture. I was contemplating an edit of it myself.

For anyone who's curious, The Baron was intended to be the antagonist from the very start. Look back at his dialogue over the past year - particularly near the beginning - and you may notice strategically-planted quotations from Emperor Palpatine of the Star Wars movies. Some are slightly altered, and most are from the newer films 'cause the original stuff was too dark or topical to properly slot in (The Baron talking about the Dark Side of the Force? Bit of a giveaway), but there you go.

I've been waiting so long to point that out.

  3. Hmm. I guess I DID have to keep suspecting him of foul play even after his death.
